Scope- Landscape Design for Site and Rooftop Terrace

 

This is the landscape design scheme for the Telangana State Renewable Energy Development Corporation Limited (TSREDCO) and the Telangana State Southern Power Distribution Company Limited (TSSPDCL) head office building in Hyderabad, Telangana.

 

The outdoor areas on ground level consist of a permeable- paving driveway; border planting with mixed perennial shrubs and trees for screening and year-round seasonal interest; a pedestrian priority courtyard with built seats, planters, and tall palms to extend its visual presence to the upper floors; a water treatment reed bed integrated with the border planting in the North setback; a retained temple structure in the North setback with seating under planting; additional parking under trees in the extended site approach area with flexible seating groups.

 

The rooftop terrace garden is a multipurpose outdoor space planned under the shade of raised solar panels. Built planters and seats are arranged to allow for ample space that can accommodate exhibition panels, outdoor sculptures and social gatherings. It also allows for views of the lake towards the North, and views into the courtyard below.
